B. Chitti Babu

B. Chitti Babu received a Ph.D. degree in electrical engineering from the National Institute of Technology Rourkela, Rourkela, India, in 2012. He was an Assistant Professor with the Department of Electrical Engineering, National Institute of Technology Rourkela, from 2007 to 2013. He had post-doctoral research appointments with the Wrocław University of Science and Technology, Wrocław, Poland, from 2013 to 2014, and with the VSB-Technical University of Ostrava, Ostrava, Czech Republic, from 2014 to 2015. Both of these appointments were sponsored by the European Commission, U.K. He was an Assistant Professor with the Faculty of Engineering, University of Nottingham Malaysia, Malaysia, from September 2016 to June 2018. Currently he serves as an Associate Professor in ECE department, Indian Institute of Information Technology, Design and Manufacturing, Kancheepuram, Chennai.

Ranjan Kumar Behera

Ranjan Kumar Behera (Senior Member, IEEE) received the B.Eng. degree in electrical engineering from the Regional Engineering College Rourkela, Rourkela, India, in 1998, and the M.Tech. and Ph.D. degrees in electrical engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology Kanpur, Kanpur, India, in 2003 and 2009, respectively. Since 2009, he has been a Faculty Member and is currently an Associate Professor with the Department of Electrical Engineering, Indian Institute of Technology Patna, Patna, India. His research interests include applications of non-linear control theory to power electronic converters, pulse width modulation techniques, and multiphase electric drive control .

Manmath Badapanda
Manmath Kumar Badapanda (Senior Member, IEEE) received the B.Tech. degree from Veer Surendra Sai University of Technology, Burla, India, in 1988, the M.Tech. degree from IIT (BHU) Varanasi, Varanasi, India, in 1990, and the M.B.A. degree from the International Institute of Management Sciences, Kolkatta, India, in 1999.
Currently, he is working as the Head, RF Power Supplies Section and looking after design and development of all power supplies for RF&MW systems of particle accelerators at RRCAT, Indore, India, which are in 24 × 7 operations. He has original and innovative contributions having U.S. patent no. 10027122B2 and Indian patent no. 436206 granted as their single inventor; a dozen of new technologies and product developments and their technology transfers to multiple industries; delivered 35 invited talks in India and abroad including in reputed international laboratories like ANKA, Karlsruhe, Germany; ALBA, Barcelona, Spain; PSI, Würenlingen, Switzerland and PLS, Gyeongju, South Korea, and 145 peer-reviewed publications including in several high impact factor IEEE Transactions.
