KIIT, Deemed to be University, formerly Kalinga Institute of Industrial Technology, is a co-educational, autonomous university located at middle heart of Temple city Bhubaneswar in the Indian state of Odisha. Bhubaneswar is well linked to the rest of India by the national highways. The Bus Stand (Baramunda Bust Stand) is located on NH5 and is about 12 KMs from Railway Station and about 14 kilometer from Airport of Bhubaneswar. Bhubaneswar is on the golden quadrilateral on NH-5 between Kolkata and Chennai.

The 1^st IEEE International Conference on Power Electronics and Energy (ICPEE 2021) was successfully conducted in 2021 on dt. 2^nd and 3^rd January by KIIT School of Electrical Engineering in association with IEEE Bhubaneswar subsection. The ICPEE-2021 was technically sponsored by IEEE Kolkata Section and IEEE IAS Society. The  2^nd  International conference on Power Electronics and Energy (ICPEE 2023) to be conducted by School of Electrical Engineering and IEEE Bhubaneswar Sub-section in 2023 from 3^rd Jan. to 5^th Jan. The main aim of this international conference is to bring researchers from all the esteemed institutes of the World. Along with researchers the professionals and executives from energy sector, manufacturing industries, electrical power companies are invited to share ideas and information pertaining to recent development area of Power Electronics and Energy.
