The 3rd IEEE 2025 International Conference on Power Electronics and Energy (ICPEE) will be held from December 14–16, 2025, organized by the School of Electrical Engineering, KIIT Deemed to be University, Bhubaneswar. This prestigious event is 100% financially sponsored by the IEEE Industry Applications Society and technically co-sponsored by the IEEE Industrial Electronics Society, IEEE Power & Energy Society, Bhubaneswar Section, Bhubaneswar Section Industry Applications (IA) Chapter, and Bhubaneswar Section Industrial Electronics (IE) Chapter.

The primary objective of ICPEE 2025 is to unite researchers from esteemed institutions worldwide, fostering the exchange of innovative ideas and cutting- edge research in the fields of Power Electronics and Energy. In addition to academics, professionals and executives from the energy sector, manufacturing industries, and electrical power companies are warmly invited to participate, share insights, and discuss recent advancements in Power Electronics and Energy.

The 1st IEEE International Conference on Power Electronics and Energy (ICPEE 2021) was successfully held on January 2–3, 2021, organized by the KIIT School of Electrical Engineering in collaboration with the IEEE Bhubaneswar Subsection. The conference received technical sponsorship from the IEEE Kolkata Section and the IEEE Industry Applications Society (IAS).

The 2nd IEEE International Conference on Power Electronics and Energy (ICPEE 2023) took place from January 3–5, 2023, hosted by the School of Electrical Engineering, KIIT-DU, Bhubaneswar, in association with the IEEE Bhubaneswar Subsection. This conference was also technically sponsored by the IEEE Kolkata Section and the IEEE IAS Society. An extended version of the top 20% of accepted and presented papers from ICPEE 2023 has been submitted for further review to the IEEE IAS Transactions/Magazine, subject to IEEE IAS-related tracks.

Technical papers are solicited on subjects pertaining to the scope of the conference that includes, but is not limited to the following topics:

• Renewable Energy and Energy Storage Systems
• Transportation Electrification and Automotive Technologies
• Automation, Control, and Digital Systems

• Power Quality Issues and Mitigation, FACTS, Custom Power Devices

Special Sessions (SSs) at IEEE ICPEE 2025 offer a dedicated platform to explore emerging or niche topics not explicitly covered under the main technical tracks. These sessions aim to showcase innovation, research breakthroughs, and specialized advancements within the scope of industrial electronics and related domains. Researchers and professionals engaged in cutting-edge developments are invited to submit proposals for Special Sessions.

Authors are invited to submit full paper (maximum 6 pages) in standard IEEE conference format for review. All presented papers will be submitted to IEEE Xplore for possible publication. Extended versions of all presented papers will be eligible for further review and possible publication in IEEE Transactions on Industry Applications.
